1. Statement of Compliance

DaniCircular (a trading name of AnchorPoint Advisory ApS) operates under the strict regulatory framework of the Kingdom of Denmark and the European Union.

Export Control & Dual-Use Compliance

All DaniCircular shipments are audited against the EU Dual-Use Control List (Annex I). We operate under the Eksportkontrol framework of the Danish Business Authority. Buyers must provide a verified End-User Statement (EUS) for all Phase 2 (Industrial) and Phase 3 (Medical) assets to ensure full adherence to international non-proliferation and security standards.

  • Export Regulation: All exports are conducted in full adherence to Danish Export Regulation (BEK nr 140) and EU dual-use regulations.

  • Environmental Responsibility: We comply with the EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU), ensuring that extended-lifecycle assets are diverted from landfills and reintegrated into the global digital and industrial economy.

  • Data Security: All digital assets undergo certified data sanitization protocols (ADISA-compliant) prior to export from Danish soil.

2. Terms of Sourcing & Trade

All transactions are governed by the following core terms to ensure transparency and project continuity.

I. Pricing & Payment Security

  • Currency: All quotations are provided in EUR / DKK.

  • Payment Terms: Standard terms require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance payable against the Bill of Lading (B/L) or via an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) confirmed by a first-class European bank.

  • Title of Goods: Ownership of assets transfers only upon receipt of 100% cleared funds in our Danish accounts.

    *Trade Finance & Guarantee Solutions

To mitigate payment risk and support buyer liquidity, DaniCircular transactions may be eligible for EIFO Buyer Credit Guarantees.

    • For the Buyer: This enables attractive, long-term payment terms (2–10 years) for large infrastructure projects.

    • For DaniCircular: This provides 95–100% risk coverage against political and commercial default, ensuring payment is received upon delivery in Denmark.

    • Eligibility is subject to EIFO's credit assessment of the foreign buyer.

II. Technical Condition & "Heritage" Verification

  • The Heritage Standard: Assets are sold based on the technical specifications and "Type Codes" provided in the DaniCircular Manifest.

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Buyers are entitled and encouraged to commission a third-party inspection (SGS/Bureau Veritas) at the Danish point of departure. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the asset's current technical condition.

  • Liability: DaniCircular is not liable for consequential damages or losses resulting from site-specific integration issues or local infrastructure incompatibility.

III. Logistics & Incoterms 2020

  • Primary Term: All shipments are conducted under FCA (Free Carrier) or CPT (Carriage Paid To) Incoterms 2020.

  • Risk Transfer: Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the primary carrier in Denmark.

IV. Anti-Diversion & Ethics

The Buyer warrants that the assets will not be re-exported to sanctioned territories or used in violation of international human rights or environmental standards.
